Will not run because of error in image below:

the parameter declarations are not correct

Should be

Private Sub TextBox1_KeyDown(ByVal KeyCode As MSForms.ReturnInteger, ByVal Shift As Integer)
If KeyCode = 13 Then
Stop
End If
End Sub

not sure if you have just copied the code from the net or made changes yourself but should never make and changes to event codes with their declared Names / parameters
