text wraparound

Is there a function that will automatically bump rows down to accomodate and fully display text as I add text to a cell? Rather than have continuing text become hidden at the end of a cell, can it all be fully displayed vertically, pushing down the entire row?

Use Data, What-If Analysis, Goal Seek to find the correct input cell value to reach a desired result
Format | Cells | Alignment |

Then under Text Control, select Wrap Text
