Using desktop version of Excel through Office 365.

I have a sheet that pulls data from other sheets in the work book.

Sheet 1 is called 'Line Rebuttals' and that is were employees input the data into cell O2, Text wrapping is on for this cell.

Sheet 2 is Called 'Print Page' and this is the page that gets printed and pulls data from multiple sheets in the work book. A merged cell of C1-E1 has the formula of =IF(ISBLANK('Line Rebuttals'!O2),"",'Line Rebuttals'!O2). Text wrapping is on for this cell as well but the text does not wrap for the cell.

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
hard to say when you not show the code, but you can set wraptext for destination range:
VBA Code:
[destination range].WrapText = True
