Text search question in power query

Hi.
I have a [Sports] fields like in picture. What i want to do is to check if the field contains 'Tennis'.
I try Text.Contains([Sports], "Tennis") function but when the field contains "Table Tennis" and not "Tennis" then it is problem. Is it possible to produce Result field as in picture?

Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
