Hello,

I was trying to text join from columns A to M, using a column delimiter. The issue I am having is maintaining the date formula in column B,C,H and I. I have a customer number column, but dont want that impacted by the date format.

=TEXTJOIN("|",TRUE,A1:M1)

Below is my work sheet.

Excel Facts

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
Assuming you actually have a header row, even though your posted formula refers to row 1, you could use something like:

Excel Formula:
=TEXTJOIN("|",TRUE,IF(ISNUMBER(SEARCH("date",$A$1:$M$1)),TEXT(A2:M2,"mm/dd/yyyy"),A2:M2))
