Hi

Im extracting a html report from java script into excel and the numbers and text which is coming i cant apply any formula to it for ex

Conversition 4 2

Now conversition is not getting trim dont know why

and no its showing in text format when i apply any formula to sum they dont get add...nothing is working out

Is there any formula for the same through which i can get these names trim and add up the values

im extracting these reports from java script does that makes any diff..??

Please help its urgent and important for me

There may be other characters there besides spaces; apply the CLEAN function and see if that clears up your prolem.

Clean function is also not working have done that

Look for the TrimAll macro whose code is available in one of the threads at this board.
