On my form, I have two fields.
One is combo box and other one is text field.
Basically when user is going to select a name from combo box, then he should enter date in the text box. I want to lock the text box so they can't enter date. They can enter date, only when password is correct. other wise they cannot enter any thing.
Can you please help me with this one. I shall be thankfull to you.

Thanks
Amna

Excel Facts

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
How about this:
Code:
Public Sub LockField()
     'Whatever code you use to prompt for password
     'If password is correct then
          Table.TextField.Locked = False
     'Else
          Table.TextField.Locked = True
      'End If
End Sub
This should help you out.
