Text Disappears in Excel Cell When click to Edit

Hi,
I have a macro-enabled Excel workbook with multiple tabs and all the worksheets are protected with passwords.

This Excel workbook will be shared with other users to fill the Data and I am facing an issue after I received the filled excel, when I try to edit any filled data.

If click any cell to edit the cell, all the data in the cell disappears, and if click that cell the text in the cell is also not visible in the Formula bar as well.

Pls, provide a solution for this issue.
