Text delimited by a "soft" return?

How do I separate the two lines of data in this list? They appear to be delimited by a soft return. When I try to use text to columns and use tab as the delimitor, the second line completely disappears. My ultimate goal is for the list to look like this:

AB
2addressCity, State, Zip
3209 S Grove #202Ypsilanti, MI *48198
427117 FlorenceYpsilanti, MI *48198
Sheet1


Any ideas? Thanks!

Get help while writing formula
Click the italics "fx" icon to the left of the formula bar to open the Functions Arguments dialog. Help is displayed for each argument.
Try Data > Text to Columns, Delimited, tick Other as the delimiter then in the other box hold down ALT and type 0010 on the numeric keypad.
