Text alignment in Tables

Hi - I'm trying to get text from a datasource into a specific format on another Sheet. I've created a new table style and that works fine. However, whenever new rows are added, it will not align the text automatically, and has to be done manually after the event. The datasource is an excel dump from another program, so I can't format there and preserve input formats, and I don't want to use VBA.

I'm sure there must be a simple option somewhere, but I just can't find it!!!!

Thanks in advance

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
Have you created the table using INSERT->Table? if excel knows it's a table any new rows will automatically be included in the table and the table formatting applied. If you have, check that the new rows are actually included in the table.
