Text Aligned in listbox

Hi everyone
I have a listbox in userform with 7 columns and heads, an I would like to give differents Align, one to right or to left
Are there any solution to align each column in listbox?
Please help me

thanks, it works. but I got a problem when increasing the columnwidth of the listbox, the right alignment doesn't work properly, and doesn't show any content while the other alignment is fine
