How would I convert seconds displays as 10ths to Minutes?

Would it be 34543 /10 /60 ?

Yes, if you want the result as a decimal number. The result in this case would be 57.57 minutes

If, instead, you want an excel time value, remember that the excel unit time is the day.
In this case use:

=34543/24/60/60/10

and format the cell as, for ex.: [m]:ss.00 and you'll get 57:34.30
