Hello,

I am wondering is there any way to find out when this particular excel template:

has been published? ( Microsoft support had no clue!)

Many Thanks

How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.
There will be no way to know when it was first published if MS don't know, but you could look at the file properties & see if there is a creation date (not sure how accurate that would be).

Thanks for your reply, Please could you tell me if that template is compatible with excel 2016 or earlier version?

I've no idea as I don't have the template, but I suspect it is compatible with earlier versions.
