I have a team of 6 people i would like to do the following to show how many employees i have working between 6am - 6pm. Here is a sample of data i have

employee 1 Monday 8:00am - 4:00pm Tuesday 8:00am - 4:00pm so on.
employee 2 Monday 9:00am - 6:00pm Tuesday 9:00am - 3:00pm so on.
employee 3 Monday 8:00am - 4:00pm Tuesday 9:00am - 6:00pm so on.

I would like a chart to show on Monday i have x amount of employees at each hour per day.

Hope this makes sense.
