Tasked with making a formula, but I dont have any real excel knowledge

Alright, here's the problem.

I need to make a stock market simulator, but lack a lot of the knowledge of Excel formulas.

I need a solution or formula that can be copy pasted and still work the same that takes a random number rolled in Sheet 3, finds the corresponding value on sheet 1, and then gives me back a percentage that I can multiply against the current stock price in sheet 2.

help would be much appreciated. I have the spreadsheet made (not sure how to attach files in this forum)
