De lo que me doy cuenta, no hay manera de hacer que dos bucles corran simultaneamente dentro de la misma instancia de Excel. Asi como usted escribió, bucle uno tiene que terminar antes de correr bucle dos. Si uno llama bucle dos dentro de bucle uno, bucle dos tiene que terminar antes de que bucle uno sigue avanzando. Creo que sería necesario crear una segunda instancia entera de Excel y arrancar el segundo bucle allí.
