I have this workbook. I enter information on the input tab and manipulate it on the other tabs. On the input tab, I have a listing of college athletic programs and their classification for each year. I want a tally sheet of adds or subtracts from each unique value in the year columns. It would look something like this on a separate sheet. The example is not on the sheet just giving a reference.

How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.
I looked at your workbook and found it to be really confusing. And the request is not understandable, to me at least. Maybe try again to describe your need in more detail. Also, show some real examples of results.
