Does anyone know how to use a Mail Merge using just the values on a form? I am running unbound forms and am having problems getting the Mail Merge to work. I am able to merge data from tables...but I need to just merge the data present on a form. Thanks for all the help.

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
Could you create a temporary table to hold whatever is in the form. Then delete the contents of the table when you close the form. There may be more elegant/correct ways to do it but I've done this before in similar situations.

Thanks for the tip. I will try something along those lines and see if I can get it to work. You wouldn't happen to have any examples of saving a forms contents to a temporary table would you? Again thanks for all your help.

It's really nothing more than binding your controls to the temp table and running a delete query when your done.
