Hello,
I have created a form with a combo box. The combo box should only have 4 options (North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia). However, since the data behind the combo box is a query it shows ALL the lines of data and their option. So in my drop down list I have many North American, Latin America, etc. How do I get access to realize the diplicates and combine them into one?

Where do I find the Select DISTINCT option?

You said

The query behind the combo box should have a DISTINCT keyword.

if you can't make the change, then show us the exact query that is behind the combo.
