Where do I find the tag list?
Can't seem to find it when posting.

If you are using the 'quick' option just under the green header Bar, look under 'More Options' at the bottom right when creating your thread.

If you are using the orange 'Post thread' button at the top right of the forum ..

.. then the tags window should already be visible a little below the window where you compose your message

I can't find your first option, but see the second option in orange but when I see the tags, I don't see a list of tags to choose from, or am I missing something?

There are almost an endless number of tags to choose from.
If you start typing in what you want to add, it will then filter it down show you a list of tags that begin with those characters.
