On the attached example i have a countifs formula on column H in descending order if i change the criteria cell ,F2, to another code combination , how to i get the table to automatically sort by Column F back into descending order, thanks

Hi, welcome to the forum.

As its not clear to us how you populate Column F with your inventory items, my only suggestion might be for you to first sort your left hand table in descending order on Col B.

I'm assuming then that whatever is picked up from that left hand table and put into the right hand table will be in descending order naturally ...
