Table to form

OK, I set-up my table and everything works there, know on the form somethings work and some don't.. The first thing I need to fix on the form is the use of a scan gun. I can scan the barcode with the scan gun on the table but when I try on the form nothing happens. Once I get this fixed I will see what needs fixed next..
