Table Relationships

The relationships between tables, both 1 to 1 and one to many, appear to disappear even though no action has been taken to delete these through the Relationships screen. Why? It is usually possible to replace these but occasionally if records have been deleted from the main table the corresponding record has not been deleted from the related table and these have to be deleted manually.

Thanks.

RiV.

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
Hi Riveria
I can't answer the first part of your question (about disappearing relationships, other than ask have the changes been saved? or have the keys been deleted?) but the second half of your question asks about records deleted from the main table where the corresponding record has not been deleted from the related table. In the join properties between the 2 tables, try setting the 'Cascade Delete' option to yes.
