Table on Userform

Hi all,

I have created a user form that allows users to fill in text boxes that is then stored in a table. It is possible for the user to enter data that may already be in the table, so what I want is a table in the user form to display the table data if 2 or more of the textboxes on the form match with data in the table.

Please let me know if you can the best way of achieving this.
