table of contents

say, I have a table of content sheet, with the listing of the sheet names - and there are other sheets say sh1,sh2 sh3 etc
how would i make other sheets to appear whenever I click their number? and return to the table of content as soon as I exited from them
how would the vba macro look like

ASAP Utilities has the Index creation as an option, it can be had as freeware, but cheap enough to own once you have tested it.
