Table Field Lookup Wizard List

If you created a Field using the lookup wizard and created your own list, is there a way to revise/add the list?

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
In table design view, go to the Lookup tab on the property sheet for the lookup field and add/edit there.
