Synchronization with an Access DB

We have an Access DB that is utilized for data capture and reporting functions. At one point in time it resided on a server with 10 users accessing the DB from their desktop. The process was relatively slow, so a developer created a synch process that synched up the changes when the user exited the application. However, that process had errors when he left and no one has been able to correct it, so we are back to the DB being accessed via the server (ala slow....).

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could provide some insight into the synch process and how we can get it working. All responses are appreciated. Thank you

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
