Switching Date Format

I have a form that users enter various information on, including the date. I'm allowing them to enter the date in mm/dd/yyyy format. However, when I print it on the report I need to change the format to Mmm/dd/yyyy. How can I do this? Thanks in advance!

=Format([YourDateField],"mmm/dd/yyyy")
