swaping values by using cell Reference

I have a data in A3 TO D10
A3=List
B3=Register No
C3=Class No
D3=Amount

i usually get the data daily,i am keep swaping values if the amount is high it should come in 1st place..is it possible if i give data in A11:D11
can i swap to 3rd Place? based on amount
ex:100000 in D4
9000 in d5..etc
it need to sort out if i click button

Can i get Macro for this?
