So i have built a supply log that tracks what parts are on order for a fleet of vehicles, I'm trying to figure out how I can show all order records in the table that are still open. Meaning, they have an order date and shipping number but their recieved block isn't filled out (it's a recieved date). If the recieved date is filled out, the record should hide on the report. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Don

Excel Facts

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.
Hi,

have you tried the filter function? Select those with (Blank) received block and unselect all the others with receive dates filled out.

Regards,
Wynn

ok... I feel retarded. I had tried this but set it up completly wrong. Fixed it and works great. The bad thing is that I have 4 other reports that do similar things (they don't use the Is Not Null but same filter idea). Anyway... thanks for the input.
