SumProduct if A=ABC and to exclude B = 123

would apreciate some help

What would be the formula, to do the following logic?
To sum the values in Column U, but only if Column A = B1(same data as the value in cell B1) and Column B= C1 but exclude if Column D= E1and Column E=F1
