Hi All,
I work for a non profit organization and helping them setup a budget workbook and getting totals for . Any help would be appreciated. I'm trying to sum of the totals based on dates that have a criteria which is the Employee ID. My goal is to get a formula for the total of Employee #20012 for the date ranges of 01/01/18 through 3/01/18 in program Orchard. Thanks again and please let me know if you need any clarifications. The answer in the cell should be $1,321[TABLE="width: 500"]

In J3 control+shift+enter, not just enter:

=SUM(IF($A$2:$A$4=H3,IF($F$2:$F$4=I3,IF($B$1:$E$1>=J$1,IF($B$1:$E$1<=J$2,$B$2:$E$4)))))

Hi Aladin and thanks for the reply hahhaa. Yes, that would suffice but would you know of a formula because there will be hundreds of rows and with different employees and the dates will have to cover more months down the road and I want to automate as much as possible. Maybe I am over thinking it. I appreciate the help brotha.
