Summarize data of two tables with condition

Hi All,

Appreciate very much if you can help me to solve this issue.
I would like to create a new table or a new measure (whatever works best) to do the following:

Add up the number of rows of Table2 (e.g Nov - 9) to the number of rows of Table1 just in the category of MP00 (e.g Nov - 2) by each month.

Please note that the two tables below are shown using the measures countrows. Also, I have joined these two tables with a bridge table with the common column called Radical.
