I have this formula which is in my time sheet B4 is the date that it must add all my work for the day but i now have three other columns that i would like to add which is in Coloumn I (Sick); J (Annual; K (PPH).

How do i add them to this below formula.

=SUMIF(table[[#All],[Date]],"="&B4,table[[#All],[CRG HRS]])

If the other columns are additional conditions, try SUMIFS instead of SUMIF. The syntax for SUMIFS is

SUMIFS(sum_range, criteria_range1, criteria1, [criteria_range2, criteria2], ...)

Search for video tutorials in YouTube for better explanation on how it works.

If the other columns contain values that you want to add to your existing criteria you just have to add new formulas with the same conditions but different sum_ranges:

=SUMIF(table[[#All],[Date]],"="&B4,table[[#All],[CRG HRS]])+SUMIF(table[[#All],[Date]],"="&B4,table[[#All],[Sick]])+...
