sumifs with >= pointing to external cell

Hi,

I want to sum based on if a column is >= cell A11. B1 is equal to 0.98

I tried the following but it was giving me an error.

=SUMIFS(I13:I173604,T13:T173604,">=AH11") or =SUMIFS(I13:I173604,T13:T173604,">="AH11)

Thanks,
 
It needs to be
Excel Formula:
=SUMIFS(I13:I173604,T13:T173604,">="&AH11)
