Akk Help

Ok my sumif formula works fine (List!B3:B14,AC4,List!D3:D14) returns the proper value, now I need to add two additional criteria to that so if B4 = "V" and if AD2971 >= 91 then I need it to return the value from the sumif and of course return a blank if the criteria are not met.

something like =ifferror(if(B4="V";if(ad2971>="91";sumif( ),""). I know I'm close or there is probably an easier way to write that but I can't lay my fingers on it nor get it to work I've hit my frustration level.

Please help!
