As seen here.
I am having some issues with a measure in PBD.
The objective would be to get the percentage to show properly based on the code. Both proposed solution do not give me what I am looking for.

What did Pito Salas invent?
Pito Salas, working for Lotus, popularized what would become to be pivot tables. It was released as Lotus Improv in 1989.
Solved with:
Power Query:
Measure for value 1 =
var _a = SUM('Table'[Value1])
var _b = CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[Value1]),REMOVEFILTERS('Table'[Code]))
return DIVIDE(_a,_b)
