Hi All,

I am currently using this formula:

=SUMIF(BOM!$D$4:$D$100,"MATERIALS",BOM!$J$4:$J$100)

Instead of "MATERIALS", I would like the criteria to be "anything but the word "control""

Is this possible??

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
Give this a try:

Excel Formula:
=SUMIF(BOM!$D$4:$D$100,"<>CONTROL",BOM!$J$4:$J$100)
