Sumif(s) not working

Hello all,

I am trying to create a formula to sum what is in 1 column (or a cell value) based on what I see in 2 other columns. I need to sum what is in column B based on Columns A and C. I want to sum column B for PM in column A and 7/13/2024 in column C.
