Hi All, hope you can help, I have a workbook that pulls information from another workbook.
The workbook is not updating when the source file is closed.
I am using the following formula:
=SUMIF('[Weekly Production 2018 Live Data.xlsx] Daily Summary 2018'!$7:$7,B2,'[Weekly Production 2018 Live Data.xlsx] Daily Summary 2018'!$26:$26)
I don't want the source file to be open how can I do this?

Excel Facts

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
SUMPRODUCT works with closed workbooks

Try something like this

=SUMPRODUCT(--(CriteriaRange=B2), SumRange)

M.
