The below formula is counting values in the P5:P313 range; since I also have values in Q5:Q313, how can I fix this formula to also count what's in Q5:Q313?

=SUMIF(D5:D313, "GS11", P5:P313)

Excel Facts

Create a Pivot Table on a Map
If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
Are you wanting to do a COUNT or a SUM? For counting, you woudl typically use COUNITF, not SUMIF.

If you want the sum of the ones in column P plus the sum of the ones in column Q, then maybe:
Code:
[COLOR=#333333]=SUMIF(D5:D313, "GS11", P5:P313)+[/COLOR][COLOR=#333333]SUMIF(D5:D313, "GS11", Q5:Q313)
[/COLOR]
