I am trying to write a summary report where I total times (using the short time format). I get valid totals when less than 24 hours, but invalid results if the total time is greater than 24 hours. Can anyone tell me how to correct this problem?

Thank you,
Cheryl

Using a mouse in Excel is the work equivalent of wearing a lanyard when you first get to college
I would think you would have to change your format to numeric... there is no such value in short term time that is greater than 24 hrs..
