Every task has a defined minutes as shown below.

Defined Minutes for Level 1:
Task 114
Task 210
Task 312
Task 420
Task 526

Defined Minutes for Level 2:

Task 18
Task 222
Task 314
Task 417
Task 515

Whatever task we perform we enter it in Excel like this:

DateTaskLevel
Aug 7, 2024Task 4One
Aug 7, 2024 Task 6Two
Aug 7, 2024 Task 2One

We usually need to complete 480 minutes in a day by completing the task that are assigned to us.

I would like to get the total of the minutes of the work that I have completed. How can I do that.

Summary Table:
Dateminutes Worked
Aug 5, 2024 Output required
Aug 6, 2024 Output required
Aug 7, 2024 Output required

Please assist.

Excel Facts

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
a lookup to find the minutes and then add them together
can you put a lookup table together

Level / task / Mins
