Hello Mr Excel,
Based on six Segments (which I select individually in a drop down list) I am building result tables for each segment.
Example: I select segment CONSUMER in the drop down and the result table returns a long table with revenue, cost, volume data for MASS. All this result data for the selected segment is based on formulas pointing to various other worksheets
I, for example, get total new sales volume for CONSUMER in cell D5.
When I select BUSINESS in the drop down, I get total new sales volume for BUSINESS in cell D5.
- >
Question:
How can I sum all the sales volumes for every segment into a total sales volume?
I want to dynamically grab the result data from D5 depending on the drop down selection and return in a separate sheet the total of CONSUMER and BUSINESS (plus the other 4 segments) I have set in a data validation table (I2:I7) for the drop down list)
Thank you!
