Sum of Totals

I need an easy way of summing the total of "type" Every cell that says concrete should be added together into one. what is the best way to go about doing this? We'll have probably have 50 different types

csteps let's get the ball rolling. Now this should generate more questions than answers but we have to start some place. I wasn't sure which column you wanted to be totaled so I picked Overall Total. Anyway let's start a conversation.

Thanks EZguy for your response, we decided to Format it differently but I'm having almost the exact same problem. We have 5-6 sheets that are formatted very similarly to the picture below and then another sheet that is called summary. The totals are right below the material and the materials are mostly the same from sheet to sheet with minor changes like order or additional materials in some (cells in yellow). Im still looking for all the (ex: concrete) to summed up from all sheets and so on.
