Sum of totals for past and next 12 months.

I would like a formula calculate the sum of a row based on the last 12 months values and the next 12 months projected values. Please see image for an example.

=SUMIFS(D2:AJ2,$D$1:$AJ$1,">"&EOMONTH(NOW(),-2),$D$1:$AJ$1,"<="&EOMONTH(NOW(),11))

In C2:

=SUMIFS(D2:AJ2,$D$1:$AJ$1,">"&EOMONTH(NOW(),11),$D$1:$AJ$1,"<="&EOMONTH(NOW(),23))
