I have a very problem, I have around 40000 datas in a table, one of the column is a number type say Amount, I want to find out the sum of the amount of the 40000 records, can you pls help
Hullo. On the Query tab, click New->Design View. Select the table that has the information you want. From that table, drag the Amount field to the grid, click on the Sigma button (looks like a funny capital E) and select Sum in the Group By line for the Amount field.
