sum of only whole numbers in a column.

I am using Numbers on my Mac. I want to add a range of all cells, but not include any negative values. I was thinking sumifs, but not sure how it works, or if that is the way to do it.
please help.

Sorry, I know this is simple. I did a quick search, but didn’t find anything.
