Sum of cells up to the row before the last row

Hi All

I would like to do a sum for multiple cells until the row before the last row as the last row is an auto sum of the whole column.

The sum is:
B4 = sum(N4,R4,AH4) autofill up to the second last row (number format)
C4 = sum(O4,S5,AI5) autofill up to the second last row (currency format)
D4 = sum(P6,T6, AJ) autofill up to the second last row (number format)
E4 = sum(Q7,U7,AK7) autofill up to the second last row (currency format)

I would like the sum only shows as value (instead of formula), also I would like to keep the format in number and currency as above Any help is appreciated.
