Hi everyone,

I have pulled together a Pivot Table for associates across several years showing production data by quarter for each. The way this is displayed is by "financial year" and then "quarter". Column labels have associate name (John Smith) & Row labels have FY and Q (FY2015 Q1), with values being populated with production value in dollars ($X).

This data goes back to Q1 2012 and ends in Q3 2018. So there are a total of 24 rows.

What I would like to do, regardless of FY and Q, is sum the total production for each associates first 10 quarters of production. I've attempted a SUMIF but it is becoming very burdensome and I'm sure there might be an easier way.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks all!

"for each associate's first 10 quarters." I think you can get a pivot table to calculate for one associate at a time, but not multiple (without using PowerPivot/DAX.)
In any case, it will be dependent on the data you actually have to work with. Is your calendar information using complete dates or is it the labels "Q1", "Q2" etc and the years as numbers?
